It’s March everyone. In like a lion, out like a lamb. Basketball lovers rejoice. St Patricks Day. New year’s resolutions have definitely worn off by now.
HOWEVER…I’ve been inspired by my sister’s project to wear a different cardigan every single day in February. So, I’ve decided to do a month of slow cooking in March. That’s 31 days of new slow cooker recipes, folks. I’m still recovering from my year of slow cooking that ended over a year ago. But I think I have enough in me to get through 31 more days. Do you think I can do it? Any recipes that you want to see me try?

I HATE using canned "Cream of YUK" soups as so many recipes call for.I plan to make a large batch of your cream of mushroom soup and freeze in individual can-sized portions to use in future recipes.
