Description
An easy dinner made with rotisserie chicken, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, frozen hash browns in a creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 Tbsp dry ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 16 oz frozen cubed hashbrowns
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz cooked chopped chicken (I used rotisserie)
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425° F.
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the butter, cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing mix and evaporated milk until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the hashbrowns, bacon, chicken and cheddar.
- Spread mixture into a 9×9 inch baking dish. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
