Description
Egg noodles with ground beef, cheese and a few other interesting ingredients makes a saucy, hearty pasta dish. An easy Instant Pot recipe.

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 rib of celery, diced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 1/2 cups chicken or beef broth
- 8 ounces uncooked egg noodles
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Pace picante sauce
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the ground beef and break it up. Add in the onions and celery. Brown for about 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking.
- Sprinkle in the egg noodles evenly. Then dump the green chiles, tomato sauce, picante sauce, bbq sauce and Worcestershire on top. Don’t stir.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 1 minute. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes then move valve to venting to release any remaining pressure. Remove the lid.
- Stir. Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt. Serve and enjoy.
