“I am a freezer meal cook and I LOVE making it easy on myself but also love yummy meals. I have been doing freezer meal cooking for over 5 years. When I cook, I make two dinners at once and freeze the other one. This will work with just about anything. Currently I have 26 homemade healthy meals in the freezer ready to go.
When I make my Asian Pizza for example, I throw the chicken in the crockpot with the teriyaki ingredients until cooked, then put the pizzas together with the teriyaki chicken. We eat one (or two) that night and freeze the rest! So simple and it helps so much on nights when we have soccer, or play practice or whatever.
The other day I made chicken biscuit potpie in the crockpot. Before adding the biscuits, I just took out enough for another meal, then continue cooking and it turns out lovely. You still have another meal for another night. LOVE IT!
