Description
This quick and easy broccoli andcorn bake has buttery Ritz cracker crumbs, a hint of smoked paprika, and melty parmesan on top.

- 1 (12 oz) package frozen broccoli florets
- 1 cup frozen sweet corn
- 2 Tbsp melted butter, divided
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Dash of smoked paprika
- 8 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375° F.
- In a microwave safe bowl add the broccoli and corn. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes. Drain off any water.
- Stir in 1 Tbsp of the butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika. Spread into a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Mix together the remaining butter and the crushed Ritz. Sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle the parmesan on top.
- Bake for 5 more minutes.
