Description
A creamy, cheesy baked cauliflower casserole with a crunchy topping.
Ingredients

- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken with herbs soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 24 ounces frozen cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes, ritz crackers, french fried onions or crispy garlic chips
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350° F.
- In a mixing bowl whisk together the soup, sour cream, butter, milk, onion powder, salt, pepper and cheese. Fold in the cauliflower.
- Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Scrape the cauliflower into the dish. Sprinkle the crushed cornflakes (or other choice) on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
