Description

A creamy, cheesy baked cauliflower casserole with a crunchy topping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken with herbs soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 24 ounces frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes, ritz crackers, french fried onions or crispy garlic chips

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a mixing bowl whisk together the soup, sour cream, butter, milk, onion powder, salt, pepper and cheese. Fold in the cauliflower. 
  3. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Scrape the cauliflower into the dish. Sprinkle the crushed cornflakes (or other choice) on top.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes. 
  5. Serve and enjoy!
