Use your electric pressure cooker for the easiest and possibly the fastest way to make baked potatoes.

- Medium yellow potatoes, similar in size
- 1 1/2 cups water
Instructions
- Pour 1 ½ cups of water in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
- Place your trivet in the bottom of the pressure cooker. Place washed potatoes of similar size on top of the trivet. I filled my Instant Pot about halfway full of potatoes. You can fill it higher if you want.
- Cover the pot and make sure the valve is on “sealing.” Press manual and set the timer to 10 minutes. Once the timer beeps let the pressure release for about 5 minutes and then turn the valve to “venting.” Remove the lid and serve the potatoes.
Notes
I used my 6 quart Instant Pot for these baked potatoes. I used yellow potatoes for this recipe. If you use Russet’s you’ll need a bit more cooking time.
