Instant Pot Instructions: 

1. Turn Instant Pot to sauté setting. While it’s warming up, cut each bratwurst into thirds. When display says HOT add in the bratwursts and let brown for a couple of minutes on each side. 
2. Pour in the water and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot. 
3. Add in potatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms, onion soup mix and pepper. Toss well. 
4. Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 5 minutes. When time is up move valve to venting. 
5. Toss in the Worcestershire sauce. 
6. Scoop onto plates and serve. 

Slow Cooker Instructions: 

1. Heat a pan over medium high heat. Cut each bratwurst into thirds. Add in the bratwursts and let brown for a couple of minutes on each side. Add into the slow cooker. 
2. Add water, potatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms, onion soup mix and pepper into slow cooker. Toss well. 
3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until veggies are tender. 
4. Toss in the Worcestershire sauce. 
5. Scoop onto plates and serve.
