The easiest chicken recipe that will please your family’s taste buds! With only a few ingredients that you probably already have at home you’re on your way to a tasty dinner!

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 4–6 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2–3 Tbsp cornstarch + 3 Tbsp water
Instructions
Instant Pot Instructions:
- Add broth and chicken to the Instant Pot.
- In a small bowl stir together the dijon, maple syrup, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 12 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove lid.
- Place chicken pieces on a platter. Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. In a small bowl stir together the cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir the mixture into the Instant Pot to thicken the sauce. Once sauce has thickened turn off Instant Pot. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chicken with sauce poured over the top.
Slow Cooker Instructions: (doesn’t need broth and cornstarch)
- Add chicken to slow cooker.
- In a small bowl stir together the dijon, maple syrup, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chicken with sauce poured over the top.
