  • 1 (14.5 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 bay leave
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Instant Pot Instructions:

  1. Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the pork and beef and break up. Add in the onions and celery. Brown for about 5 minutes. Add in the garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
  2. Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking.
  3. Sprinkle in the rice, don’t stir. Dump in the tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leave and Worcestershire. Finally add in the cabbage. Don’t stir.
