Description
An easy Instant Pot recipe for a single serving of the most amazing homemade macaroni and cheese. Perfect if you’re home alone!
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 tsp Better than Bouillon Chicken Base
- 4 ounces uncooked macaroni
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp coarse black pepper
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Add water, bouillon, macaroni, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and mustard into Instant Pot.
- Cover and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 3 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir in the cheese until melted.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe makes about 1 ½ servings.
If you want your macaroni extra cheesy add in extra cheese as per your preference.
