Description
Penne pasta and chicken in a creamy white sauce…better than alfredo!
Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp Better than Bouillon chicken base
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken (I used rotisserie chicken)
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Parmesan cheese, for topping
Instructions
- Pour water into Instant Pot. Stir in the bouillon. Add in the chicken. Sprinkle in the pasta, garlic powder, pepper and salt. Place the cream cheese on top.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir in the sour cream.
- Scoop onto plates, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
