And the winner is…

Mexican Lasagna!

Lynn is down on the court.  Let’s go to her now and find out what went down tonight.

Lynn, did you family like the lasagna tonight?
Yes, but it was a close game!
How would you rate the two recipes?
Teriyaki Pork Roast got a 4, Mexican Lasagna got a 4.5
Wow, it was a close game.  What did you like most about the winners plays tonight?
We liked the cheesiness and creaminess
Did the recipe make any mistakes?
Next time, I would add frozen chopped onions and peppers to get veggies in it.  Some suggested it be spicier.
Would you make this recipe again?
Definitely will become a regular. The crock was scraped clean.
And any other commentary that you would like to add, Lynn?
The Teriyaki Pork Roast will also become a regular.  This was a great dish, especially for a cold evening. If you add veggies, it can be a stand-alone meal. The Lasagna can also be served as a dip with nacho chips. Not too spicy with just the taco seasoning, but can be made spicier if that’s your taste.

Thanks, Lynn!  We’ll be watching the Mexican Lasagna in the next round.  I’m sure they will stack up well with the chicken lasagna who they’ll be facing.
