    Every year, I stuff green peppers from our garden and freeze. Our favorite slow cooker meal is to pop the stuffed peppers in the pot with a jar of spaghetti sauce over them and cook all day.

    Italian Chicken
    Chicken breasts, chopped
    Potatoes, chopped,
    Carrots, chopped
    Onion, chopped
    Italian Dressing

    Add everything to slow cooker. Cook all day.
