Description
Creamy, dreamy noodles with chicken, ham and three types of cheese. An easy and scrumptious Instant Pot recipe.

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
- 1 (8 oz) package cubed ham
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken (such as rotisserie)
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the oil and swirl around. Add in the onion and saute for 4 minutes.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Break spaghetti in half and lay it in a criss cross pattern into the pot.
- Dump the ham, chicken, cream of chicken and garlic powder on top evenly.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy. Add it into the pot along with the cheeses. Taste test and salt and pepper to taste.
