6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 lbs bulk sausage, browned and drained
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices bread, torn into pieces
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1. Mix together all ingredients except mozzarella. Pour into greased slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle mozzarella over top.
3. Cover and cook 2 hours on high, and then 1 hour on low.

I didn’t get to actually try this dish. My husband said it was delicious and he ate a huge plateful. He gives it 4 out of 5 stars. This could be for a brunch or a breakfast for dinner meal.
