8 oz lean ground turkey or beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp dried minced garlic
15 oz tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
4 oz sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 1/3 cups broken uncooked spaghetti (I seemed to use a lot more than this)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
In a large skillet, brown meat. In a slow cooker sprayed with non-stick spray, combine meat, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, tomato juice, mushrooms, and italian seasoning. Add uncooked spaghetti and parmesan cheese. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Mix well before serving. Serves 4.
(I think if you like spaghetti a lot you will naturally like this meal. I wasn’t the biggest fan of it, as I’m not that big of a fan of spaghetti. My kids loved it though. I mean it’s spaghetti, what more can I say about it. 3 stars)
