18 jumbo pasta shells

3/4 lb ground beef or bulk Italian sausage
1 garlic clove, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 cup cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 (26 oz) can spaghetti sauce
Cook pasta according to package directions, just until tender; drain. Brown beef or sausage, onion and garlic in skillet; drain. Mix beef mixture with the rest of ingredients, except spaghetti sauce. Stuff shells, set aside. Pour half of sauce into slow cooker. Arrange stuffed shells in sauce. Top with other half of sauce. Cover and cook on LOW 4-5 hours. Makes 6 servings.

Review:
As you can tell, my kids really loved this dish. Greg says it needs more meat. That is basically his comment after any meal I make ๐Ÿ™‚ I bought the ricotta but I bet you could use cottage cheese and it would work just fine. This is another 4 star dish.
