Makes 6 servings
6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup dried onion, or one medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
2. Cook on low 5-6 hours, or until potatoes are soft but not turning brown
Per serving: 220 calories, 4.5 total fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 15 mg sodium, 40 g total carbohydrate, 5 g protein
(I give this recipe 3 stars. This is from the low fat cookbook which I’m starting to feel is low flavor 🙂 j/k It just needed a little salt and pepper. This is a good, easy side dish.)
These were good too. We mashed them right before eating so it was garlic mashed potatoes.
