Review:

I give this recipe 3 stars. I didn’t use the hot pepper sauce and at the end I added a can of tomato sauce and mixed it in. I also didn’t saute the chicken. I just added in frozen chicken tenders. I liked this recipe. It was different than the things I usually make. I felt like it wasn’t too hot or spicy, which in my case is a good thing. I did add the tomato sauce because I felt like it could be a little more saucy. I loved that they call for brown rice. It turned out so fluffy and yummy.

This sounds good. Something out of the ordinary for us, too.

BTW, I received the cookbook and will make a meal from it tomorrow. I’ll let you know how it goes!
