Review:
I transformed this recipe into a gluten-free recipe since I had my friend who has celiac over for dinner. I did this by substituting a can of tomato sauce instead of the tomato soup and using LaChoy brand soy sauce, which is gluten free. I also left out the celery seed since I didn’t have any. I served it with baked potatoes and steamed veggies. I used this recipe which is similar to the sweet and sour country ribs we had a while ago because my husband was still drooling over them. They turned out just as good, I think. They were very tasty. I also noticed the type of ribs used in this recipe are on sale this week at Dicks (1.29/lb) and Albertsons (1.49/lb) for a pretty good price. 4 stars.
We tried day 29…..fabulous!
