Place all ingredients except the cornflakes in a slow cooker and stir a little bit. Cover and turn to low for 1 1/2-2 hours. Remove lid and stir until smooth. Add corn flakes and stir until well coated. Press cereal mixture into a greased square baking dish. Cool and then cut into squares and serve.
This was pretty good although I think that the butterscotch was just a little bit too much. I would probably use half as much butterscotch chips next time and maybe substitute milk chocolate chips or peanut butter chips. 3 stars.
