Makes 6-8 servings
4 cups potatoes, cooked, peeled, diced (It didn’t peel mine, I used leftover baked potatoes)
10 3/4 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted (I left this out)
1/4 cup chopped onions (I used 2 tbsp dried)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well.
2. Cover. Cook on low 3-4 hours.
Review:
This was pretty good…a little salty for my taste. Next time I will leave out the salt and garlic salt. I would substitute a little garlic powder and then use salt after they are done if needed. 3 stars.
