6 to 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 bottle spaghetti sauce
1 cup Monterey Jack/Colby blend cheese
3 tbsp parmesan cheese
Angel hair pasta
Wash chicken, pat dry and season with garlic salt and pepper. Place in crockpot. Pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle with cheeses. Cook on high 4-5 hours, depending on size of chicken thighs. Serve over hot, cooked angel hair pasta.
This dish was wondeful. I love this type of food as evidenced by my reviews of the chicken parmigian and Uncle Gary’s chicken. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs are so easy and add a lot of flavor. I found mine at Costco in the frozen foods section for about $1.91 a pound. 4 stars. My husband gives it 4 1/2…he loved it.
