Serves 8-10
1 brownie mix
4 oz cream cheese
10 oreos, crushed into crumbs
Follow the directions on the brownie mix box and make the brownie batter. Soften the cream cheese and mix it together with oreo crumbs. Mix the oreo mixture in with the brownie batter. Pour into greased slow cooker and cook on high for about 2 hours. If you’d like to make the ice cream dessert pictured above, wait until brownies cool. Cut them up into chunks. Place on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Take a 1/2 gallon of ice cream (your flavor or choice) and spread over the top of the brownies. Top with more crumbled oreos and drizzle with hershey’s syrup.

This is my kind of dessert. Yum! I loved it. The brownies are excellent. Next time I will make them in the oven though. The slow cooker is too small and it gets the edges too crunchy for my taste. 4 stars.
