20 oz Southern hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Mix all the ingredients in a 3 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on High for 3 hours or Low for 6 hours.

Made this tonight and it was delicious! Next time I think I'll use a little less cheese though, my regular funeral potatoes has a lot less cheese. It was fabulous though!
