1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup brown rice
1 cup water
1 4 oz can mushrooms, drained
6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and drained
6 chicken tenders
Place rice, water, soup, mushrooms in bottom of slow cooker and stir. Wrap chicken tenders with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on top of rice mixture. Cook on low for 4 hours.
Review:
I totally made this up and it just did not fly. I think it actually would have been a ton better had I used cream of mushroom soup. I don’t think I will try it again though…not worth the risk. 2 stars.
