1 carrot, sliced in thin long strips
1/2 red pepper, sliced
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into thin long pieces or use desired number of chicken tenders

Review:
This dish turned out great and had ingredients that I usually have on hand. This is a yummy, healthy dish and the only problem with it was that there wasn’t enough! 4 stars.
Recipe Source: My own recipe
It was mashed potatoes and pinto beans…the pinto beans were from an earlier post.
I was just blog hooping and ran across your blog. LOVE IT! My sister and I are doing a Low carb blog, and might have to try some of your recipes, hope you don't mind.
