1 Tbsp vanilla

1/3 c milk
1 egg yolk
1/3 brown sugar

Spray your slow cooker with cooking spray. Whisk flour and baking powder in bowl set aside. Melt butter and choc together in microwave or on stove top. Whisk in 2/3 cup sugar, 3 Tbsp of cocoa, vanilla, salt, milk, and egg yolk. Add flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour into crockpot and spread evenly. In medium bowl whisk together remaining sugar, cocoa, brown sugar and hot water. Stir till sugar is dissolved slowly pour over batter in crockpot. Cook on high or 1 1/4 to 2 1/4 hours. It will pull away from the sides. The brownie will be moist and floating on a layer of molten chocolate. When its done take off the lid and let cool or 25 minutes serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

Review:
Loved it. VERY chocolately with the cocoa and the chocolate chips. Ice cream is an absolute must. 4 stars.

(Sorry for the horrible picture, it was taken with a cell phone camera)
