1 1/2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup dehydrated chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 pkg frozen brocolli stir fry vegetables, thawed and drained
Hot cooked rice
Place chicken in the bottom of slow cooker. Combine broth, teriyaki sauce, onion, and garlic. Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Add vegetables and turn to high for 10-20 minutes. Stir and serve over rice.
I made up this recipe as I was fixing it. I think it turned out pretty good, actually. I liked the flavor of the chicken a lot. It turned out a lot better than the oriental beef and brocolli from last week. You can use whatever kind of frozen vegetables you prefer. 3 stars.
