3 16 oz packages frozen corn
8 oz pkg cream cheese, cubed
1/4 cup butter, cubed
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp sugar
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well.
2. Cover. Cook on low 4 hours, or until heated through and cream cheese is melted.
3. Stir and serve.
I didn’t really like the sweetness of the corn. Next time I would leave out the sugar. I served this with a mock fiesta lime chicken (my FAVORITE thing I get when I go to Applebees). I must say that even though the corn isn’t worth making again, the chicken is! YUM! 2 stars.
