8 apples, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks or slices (6 cups)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cook on low 8-10 hours, or high 3-4 hours.

The picture does not do this yummy treat justice. It was so delicious. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out, so I quartered the recipe. It was all gone within a few minutes of it being done! Skyler loved it! If you wanted to make it a little bit healthier you could half the sugar or leave it out all together. You could also use splenda. I will make this again in the fall when apples are in season for sure. 4 stars.
