Serves 8-10

20 oz frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
1 can cream of celery soup
6 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 25)
2 tbsp butter or margarine

In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, soup, 1 cup cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Pour into a greased slow cooker. Sprinkle crackers on top; dot with butter. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cook 10 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted.

Review:

Sorry that the picture is so horrible. It was taken on a camera phone. Anyhow, this is an okay dish. Not too great, not horrible. I probably won’t make it again. 2 stars.

Oh PS from the above comment, I do not use the butter or margarine either and it is still delicious.

I make this for parties and it is delicious BUT I do change the recipe a bit: I do not use the cheese, Worchester sauce, or crackers. I add more onion (1 onion chopped), and some basil (fresh or dried). It is so yummy. I always get complements. Also, sometimes I add an extra can of the cream of celery soup.
