Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 16 ounces rotini pasta
  • 3-4 cups chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 oz) jar alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup bacon crumbles
  • 1 cup colby jack shredded cheese
  • Hot sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. Pour broth into Instant Pot. Sprinkle in the pasta. Lay the chicken on top of pasta. Dump in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pepper and red pepper. Don’t stir.
  2. Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 3 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes. Move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
  3. Stir in the bacon and cheese.
  4. Serve topped with a few drops of hot sauce, if desired.
