I just got finished teaching my very first class at Home Storage Basics in American Fork, Utah. It was super fun and I learned that I really can talk for an hour and a half about slow cookers. I guess time flies when you have a year’s worth of experiences to relate. I left them with several cookbooks. So if you’d like to stop in and purchase one instead of waiting for me to ship it to you then that is an option. They are also available at a cute kitchen store/restaurant in Bountiful, Utah called Plates and Palates off of 400 north. I am very excited to try some of the freeze-dried products from Home Storage Basics in my crockpot cooking. I’ll let you know how it goes in the upcoming weeks. After over a month off of cooking in the slow cooker I feel like I can pick it up again.
