Description

A super fast to make casserole with Doritos, chili, enchilada sauce, sour cream and cheddar cheese. 


Ingredients

  • 1 (13 oz) package of Doritos or tortilla chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can chili with beans
  • 1 (10 oz) can red enchilada sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar, divided
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375° F.
  2. Crush the Doritos. Reserve 1 cup of the crushed Doritos for later.
  3. In a mixing bowl stir all but 1 cup of the Doritos, chili, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and 1 cup of the cheddar. 
  4. Spread the mixture in a 8 ½ x 11 inch casserole dish. 
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and spread the sour cream over the top of the casserole. Top with remaining Doritos and remaining ½ cup of cheese. 
  7. Bake for 10 more minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy! Top with diced green onions, if desired.
