1 brownie mix
Leftover Halloween candy (I used Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Snickers)
Make brownie mix as directed on package. Take 6 ramekins (or as many as will fit in the bottom of your slow cooker) and fill with about 1 1/2 T of brownie batter. Place peanut butter cup on top of batter and then add another 2 T of batter on top of candy until it is completely covered. Place a rack in the bottom or your slow cooker or ball up pieces of foil if you don’t have a rack. Place ramekins on top of rack or foil so that air can circulate under them. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours or for LOW for 3 hours. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
Review:
Have you read this recipe? Do you think it could go wrong? No. It can’t. Brownie batter and candy and ice cream. Pretty much a winning combination. This was so good and so easy. I’m sure you could make this in the oven, if you prefer. 4 stars and a great way to “get rid” of Halloween candy.
