Description
A quick one-pot Instant Pot dinner made with ground beef, pasta, tomato puree and cheddar cheese for a family-friendly dinner.

- 16 oz lean ground beef
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz macaroni
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato puree
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the beef and break it up. Brown for 5 minutes, drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle in the macaroni. Dump puree and Worcestershire over the top.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir well. Stir in the frozen peas and cheddar, add salt to taste and serve.
