1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup celery diced
2 packages (4 oz each) long grain and wild rice mix with seasoning packets
5 cups chicken broth
5 cups water

Combine all ingredients in a greased 4 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat 4-6 hours, or until rice is done. Do not overcook. Makes 6-8 servings.
Review:
I was a little disappointed with this soup. I am sick, so I’m not sure if that was part of the reason that its flavor was lacking. It was okay…but I probably won’t make it again. There are plenty of other yummy soups to make! 2 stars
