2 lbs roast, cubed
1/2 pkg Lipton Onion Soup, dry
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp Italian dressing
Put all ingredients in slow cooker except dressing. Cover; cook on low for 8 hours or on high 3-4 hours. When cooking is finished, add Italian dressing. Serve over rice or noodles.
Review:
I’ve tried a bunch of stroganoffs, just because I really like them but this isn’t one of the best. I would try day 46 instead of this one, if I were you. I like the addition of sour cream or cream cheese in my stroganoff, even if it is the low or no fat version. I didn’t appreciate the Italian dressing taste in this one. 2 stars.
