What is your favorite Easter meal? I enjoy the ham, rolls, asparagus and some delicious dessert that includes a fair amount of chocolate. You’re bound to have some ham leftovers so keep these recipes in mind for the days following Easter! I love how ham flavors soups. Don’t throw away your ham bone either! Add it into the soup you make for some extra flavor.
1. Slow Cooker Cajun Ham and Bean Soup
2. Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu Soup
3. Breakfast Casserole with Spinach, Peppers and Mushrooms
4. Slow Cooker Ham and Swiss Frittata
5. Slow Cooker Ham, Bean and Lentil Soup
6. Slow Cooker White Bean Soup with Ham, Cheddar and Bacon
7. Slow Cooker Cheesy Ham and Potato Chowder
8. Slow Cooker Roasted Red Pepper and 15 Bean Soup
And a bonus recipe…It’s not a slow cooker recipe but it’s a one skillet recipe so it’s awesomely easy!
One Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu Stroganoff
