Description

This easy slow cooker 3-Ingredient Taco Chicken is a simple dump-and-go recipe made with chicken, enchilada sauce and taco seasoning for flavorful shredded chicken tacos with almost no prep work.


Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) can red enchilada sauce
  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 20-24 oz of chicken tenderloins or chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Add enchilada sauce and taco seasoning into slow cooker and stir. Add in the chicken and spoon the sauce over the top.
  2. Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 2 hours for tenderloins or 3 hours for chicken breasts. 
  3. Shred chicken, stir it into the sauce and serve in tacos.
