This easy slow cooker 3-Ingredient Taco Chicken is a simple dump-and-go recipe made with chicken, enchilada sauce and taco seasoning for flavorful shredded chicken tacos with almost no prep work.

- 1 (10 oz) can red enchilada sauce
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 20-24 oz of chicken tenderloins or chicken breasts
Instructions
- Add enchilada sauce and taco seasoning into slow cooker and stir. Add in the chicken and spoon the sauce over the top.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 2 hours for tenderloins or 3 hours for chicken breasts.
- Shred chicken, stir it into the sauce and serve in tacos.
