4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
Ken’s Creamy Balsamic Dressing
Place pork chops in bottom of slow cooker. Pour 1 cup of dressing over the top, so that the pork chops are covered. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until tender. Serve with rice, if desired.
Review:
I had a bottle of this interesting dressing on hand and decided to put it to work in the slow cooker. The pork chops turned out well. It was a little sweet and tangy and I actually really liked it. 3 stars.
