4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups mango salsa (this particular brand was purchased at Costco)
Place chicken in slow cooker and cover with salsa. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Serve over rice.
This recipe is easy as can be and I love the flavor of the mango salsa. The boneless chicken breasts tend to get a little dry when overcooked in a slow cooker so next time I will use bone in chicken thighs. 3 stars.
