Day 65: Breakfast Hash


1 lb sausage
2 cups chopped potatoes
1/4 cup chopped red or green pepper
2 tbsp chopped onion
6 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp milk
Brown sausage and drain. Add all ingredients to a greased slow cooker and mix. Cook on low 3-4 hours. Serve with grated cheese and salsa.
(This was an easy, tasty dish. I served it for dinner. I love breakfast for dinner. I diced my potatoes really small so that they would cook faster and wouldn't be crunchy. 3 stars)
