Parmesan Fingerling Potatoes–air fried fingerling potatoes with a crispy rosemary parmesan crust and a smooth buttery center. They are super fast and easy and may become your new favorite food!

Ingredients

Add all ingredients to a container with a lid and shake well to coat potatoes in oil and seasonings.

Place potatoes on a rack in your air fryer. Scrape out all remaining parmesan cheese and seasonings and dump it on top of the potatoes.

Air fry at 400° F for 15 minutes (shake the basket half way through the cooking time).

Serve the potatoes and enjoy! We like ours dipped in Olive Garden parmesan ranch dressing.
