Parmesan Fingerling Potatoes
–air fried fingerling potatoes with a crispy rosemary parmesan crust and a smooth buttery center. They are super fast and easy and may become your new favorite food!
Fingerling Potatoes | Olive Oil Rosemary | Garlic Powder Onion Powder | Salt | Pepper Italian Seasoning | Parmesan
Add all ingredients to a container with a lid and shake well to coat potatoes in oil and seasonings.
Place potatoes on a rack in your air fryer. Scrape out all remaining parmesan cheese and seasonings and dump it on top of the potatoes.

Air fry at 400° F for 15 minutes (shake the basket half way through the cooking time).
