Zuppa Toscana

Instant Pot Zuppa Toscana–like Olive Garden…only better! An easy, flavorful soup with potatoes, bacon, kale and parmesan.

Sausage | Onions Garlic | Broth | Potatoes Heavy Cream | Kale Parmesan | Bacon

Ingredients

Brown the sausage and onions. Stir in garlic for  30 seconds. Pour in the broth. Turn off Instant Pot. Add the potatoes.

Cover Instant Pot and seal. Cook on SOUP for 3 minutes. Let pot sit for 10 minutes and then vent. Remove the lid.

Ladle hot broth into the cream to temper it. Pour mixture into the pot. Add in the kale and parmesan. Crumble bacon and stir it in.

Ladle into bowls and enjoy with extra parmesan!
