Instant Pot Ultimate Cheeseburger Casserole
–a cheesy potato and ground beef dish with pickles, mustard and ketchup.
Beef | Onion | Worcestershire Steak Seasoning | Beef Broth Tomatoes | Potatoes | Pickles Cornstarch | Ketchup | Salt Mustard | Cheese | Pepper
Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add beef and onions. Brown for 5 minutes. Drain off grease. Stir in the steak seasoning and Worcestershire. Pour in broth. Turn off.
Dump tomatoes in, then the potatoes on top, don’t stir. Lightly salt and pepper. Cover and seal. Pressure cook 2 minutes. Vent and remove lid.

Make a cornstarch slurry. Turn Instant Pot to sauté and stir it in to thicken. Stir in the pickles, mustard, ketchup and cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Scoop onto plates and enjoy.
