Ohio Shredded  Chicken Sandwiches

Popular in the Midwest, these creamy chicken and stuffing sandwiches can be made in the Instant Pot or the slow cooker.

Chicken Breast | Broth Stuffing Mix | Cream of Chicken Soup | Buns



Place chicken breasts and broth into Instant Pot.


Cover. Make sure valve is set to sealing.  Set to 10 minutes for fresh chicken or 12 minutes for frozen chicken.


When time is up let the pot sit for 10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.


Shred chicken, then stir in cream of chicken soup & stuffing. Cover and set to keep warm setting. Let sit for 10 minutes. Stir.

Serve  on buns  and enjoy!
