Instant Pot Melting Potatoes

Potatoes | Butter | Salt Pepper | Garlic Powder Thyme Leaves | Broth
Wash potatoes and cut into disks. Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme. Let the butter melt.
Add potato slices. Cook on both sides for 5 minutes each. Move the potatoes onto a plate. Pour in broth. Cancel the sauté setting.

Place a trivet in the Instant Pot. Place potatoes on top. Cover and seal. Pressure cook for 1 minute. Vent and remove the lid. Remove the potatoes.
Turn Instant Pot to the sauté and let the broth simmer for 2 minutes. Add potatoes back into the pot. Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Move the potatoes to a plate and serve immediately.
